PDF Metadata Enrichment

When you upload sheet music PDFs, Chive may process compact PDF evidence (for example, filename, page count, embedded metadata, and short sampled text snippets) with OpenAI to automatically suggest title/composer/arranger and score/part metadata. We do not send full PDF files for this v1 enrichment flow. In low-text scans, Chive may include a compact image of the first page only.

How We Use Your Information

Chive uses the collected data for various purposes, including:
